Eligibility for Return
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Sale items, gift cards, custom products, and preordered items are non-returnable.
Return Process
- Request a Return: Contact us at office@ikonawelt.de to start the return request.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Return Address: Return shipping label and instructions are included in the original package and invoice.
Damages and Issues
- Inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
- For shipments to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at office@ikonawelt.de.
