Where is my order?
Thank you for shopping with Ikona Welt! You can track your order in two easy steps below.
Step 1 – Check your Shopify Order Status
Your order confirmation email contains a link to your personal order status page. Click "View your order" in that email to see:
- Order confirmed
- Order fulfilled & dispatched
- Estimated delivery date
- Your DHL tracking number (once shipped)
No email? Log in to your account and go to Orders to find your order.
Step 2 – Track with DHL (Carrier Tracking)
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a DHL tracking number by email. Use the link below to track your parcel directly on the DHL website:
You can also track via DHL Global Tracking if you are outside Germany.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery within Germany takes 1–3 business days. International shipments (e.g. Austria, Italy) typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
My tracking number is not working yet.
Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch. Please check again the following day.
I didn't receive a tracking email.
Please check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, contact us and we'll resend it.
My package shows as delivered but I haven't received it.
Please first check with neighbours or your building's reception. If still missing, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date.
