- Books can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in their original condition: unread, undamaged, and free from any markings, folds, or visible wear.
- Non-returnable items: Digital books, personalized or custom orders, and clearance sale items are not eligible for returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will guide you through the return process and share the return address.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:
- The book was received damaged or defective.
- The wrong book was shipped to you.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Books
- If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damaged or defective item for verification.
- We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
