Preorder Policy

Preorder Items

Items located in the dedicated "preorder" section of the store and marked with a "Preorder" button instead of "Add to Cart" will be processed within 3–5 business days and delivered within 15 business days. Payment is made in advance, and refunds are only possible if we are unable to process or ship your order.

If your order contains both preorder items and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together. To avoid delays, we highly recommend ordering in-stock items separately.

Processing Time

Preorder items will be processed within 3–5 business days. During this period, we will confirm your order and provide an estimated delivery time.

Payment

Payment must be made in advance. If we are unable to process your order, we will notify you during the processing period and issue a full refund.

 

Please note: Once an order is confirmed, refunds for preorder items are not possible, except in cases where we are unable to fulfill the order.

 

Shipping & Delivery

• Preorder items are expected to be shipped within 15 business days.

• If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the entire shipment will only be sent once all items become available.

• If you wish to receive the items that are immediately available sooner, please place a separate order for them.
